National Environmental Contracting, Inc. will remove asbestos-containing floor tile, mastic and drywall/joint compound in the LAP - F3 Office & Locker Rms at 2000 Fern Valley Rd on behalf of Ford Motor Co World Headquarters to make way for manufacturing equipment upgrades. The job is scheduled for 12/26/2025–01/09/2026, covers about 3,220 sq ft of flooring/mastic and 1,300 sq ft of joint compound, and will use wet methods, full containment with negative pressure, HEPA vacuuming, wet mopping, and proper PPE with waste hauled to WM - Outer Loop Landfill.
