2000 Fern Valley Rd environmental permit for asbestos non-friable abatement
National Environmental Contracting, Inc. will remove presumed asbestos-containing non-friable materials at the Ford Louisville Assembly Plant, 2000 Fern Valley Rd, which is owned by Ford Motor Co. World Headquarters. The permit covers on-call, year-long contingency work (scheduled 12/05/2025–12/05/2026) to handle sudden repairs with any single abatement capped at 260 linear feet or 160 square feet; NEC says it will isolate work areas, use wet methods and hand scrapers, clean up with HEPA vacuums and wet mopping, and follow PPE and disposal procedures.
