116 Bauer Ave environmental asbestos abatement permit

AsbesTECH, Inc. will remove asbestos-containing floor tile and sheeting at 116 Bauer Avenue, a vacant two-story building owned by Red Horse Tree LLC. The one-time abatement is scheduled for 11/21/2025–11/24/2025, will cover roughly 3,600 sq ft using wet methods, generate about 5 cubic yards of waste hauled by Wooldridge Construction Group to Clark-Floyd Landfill, and will be supervised onsite by Matthew D. Howard, Tim Hodge, and Hunter Howard under the contractor’s current abatement license.
