4000 KRESGE WAY Health Review for ENFRA Energy Upgrade BH Louisville

ENFRA has submitted a health review for an environmental permit to carry out energy upgrades at 4000 Kresge Way. Energy Upgrade Package #1 targets heating and cooling: converting the chilled-water plant to variable primary/variable secondary flow, switching tower water systems in Main CEP, Park Tower CEP, 4002 CEP, and 2A CEP to variable flow, installing a new heat-pump chiller‑heater in the main basement mechanical room, and adding flow meters on chilled water and steam systems. In plain terms, it’s a big efficiency retrofit to make the building’s HVAC systems smarter and more responsive.
