1225 W Burnett Ave environmental permit for asbestos abatement
AsbesTECH, Inc. is handling an emergency asbestos abatement for owner LLFLEX LLC to remove and replace two asbestos-containing gaskets at 1225 W Burnett Ave. Crews will use glovebag removal (about 0.1 cubic feet total) so new gasketing can be installed—it's urgent because those two gaskets have essentially shut down the plant. The one-day job is scheduled for 10/27/2025 with certified supervisor Dale Howard on site.
