141 N Sherrin Ave permit for asbestos abatement at Trinity High School

Trinity High School Foundation Inc. has been issued an asbestos abatement permit for the Trinity High School 4050 Building at 141 N Sherrin Ave to remove asbestos-containing materials so the school’s interior finishes can be updated. The work is scheduled from 11/06/2025 to 03/06/2026 and calls for removal of about 3,414 sq ft of flooring and mastic on the first floor (plus a one-square-foot friable spot by a restroom heat pad); Cardinal Industrial Insulation is the abatement contractor and waste is headed to WM Outer Loop Landfill.
