4121 La Salle Ave environmental permit for asbestos abatement in demolition
An asbestos abatement permit has been issued for 4121 La Salle Ave to allow a Louisville Metro emergency demolition. The Priddy Merle Delano Estate owns the vacant one-story former residence (about 822 sq ft), and crews will remove roughly 15 feet of asbestos-containing roof flashing using wet methods between 10/15/2025 and 12/15/2025. Cardinal Industrial Insulation Co., Inc. is the abatement contractor, with Republic Services hauling waste to WM Outer Loop Landfill for daily disposal.
