Neighbors on Timberline Dr say 8613 Timberline Dr has been a sore spot for a while.
The HOA says it’s getting “countless complaints” about the home’s exterior, torn up bags of mulch in the driveway for more than 4 years, and grass that rarely gets cut.
They also say some neighbors think the upkeep is drawing rodents. The city’s looking at the exterior now.
