A filthy apartment and broken AC are reported at 6408 Downs Farm Way 401
A Louisville renter says 6408 Downs Farm Way, Unit 401 was a mess when they moved in, with the old tenant’s things still inside and mold in the fridge, microwave, oven, and dishwasher.
They also say rat poison was scattered around, and that the landlord helped clean at first but promised more deep cleaning and repainting that still hasn’t happened. The same account says the AC keeps cutting out, which is a rough deal when you’ve got three small kids in the house.
