Neighbors say used motor oil is dumped in the easement at 7913 Bala Ct
Something nasty was reported at 7913 Bala Ct in Louisville, and it’s the kind of mess nobody wants near a waterway.
An email says used motor oil is being dumped on the ground in the easement between houses. That’s one account, but if true, it’s exactly the sort of thing that turns a quiet stretch into a cleanup.
