A new furnace and AC are going in at 721 E Oak St
A new HVAC setup is headed into 721 E Oak St, and it’s a full replacement, not a little tweak.
The plan is for two systems, with a new furnace and A/C in the basement and an air handler, heat pump up on the 3rd floor. The city signed off, and this one’s pegged at somewhere around $26,000.
