A full HVAC overhaul is on the way at 211 E Breckinridge St for YMCA Transitional Housing.
The city signed off on the work, and it’s a big one, somewhere around $143,784. Out with the existing split systems and ductwork, in with 18 new PTAC units, 5 outdoor units, 6 indoor units, new exhaust fans, fresh ductwork, insulation, grills, diffusers, and electric heaters.
