A new HVAC replacement is coming to 117 N 42ND ST in Louisville, with the full system going in the basement. The job is pegged at somewhere around $21,000, and it calls for a 1-inch filter, a wifi thermostat, a 80-to-90 upgrade, plus the humidifier coming out and a new line set and surge protector.
