A new Goodman HVAC system is going into 227 N 38TH ST in Louisville. The setup calls for a 60,000 BTU gas up-flow furnace, a 2-ton 14.3 SEER2 air conditioner, a matching indoor coil, a condensation overflow safety switch, and 20 feet of copper line set.
