GBFL LLC is having residential HVAC equipment replaced at 2649 Rowan St. Licensed HVAC contractor Josh Naufel will swap out the electric air handler/coil and a 3-ton condenser heat pump (air handler in a mechanical closet; condenser on the roof), with the project estimated at $7,800. The permit is issued and active through 08/13/2027, and permanent ladder access will be provided on-site for inspections.
