Trash is dumped behind 2721 Cedar St in Green Alley
Somebody dumped a mess behind 2721 to 2723 Cedar Street, right by Green Alley, and it sounds like it showed up within the last 24 to 48 hours.
That’s one messy scene in Louisville’s District 5, and the city’s on it now.
The complaint says this keeps happening, which is about as welcome as a raccoon at a picnic.
