4020 Pixley Way HVAC Replacement Permit Issued
Squalo Realty Inc has hired licensed contractor Ahmad Barakawi to replace the full HVAC system at 4020 Pixley Way, swapping the AC, coil, and an 80% furnace while keeping the existing 2-ton capacity. The residential mechanical permit was issued on July 27, 2026 and expires July 27, 2027, with the project value estimated at $5,000. No new ductwork is planned and the condenser will stay at ground level, so this looks like a straightforward system swap rather than a major renovation.
