1025 Sale Ave HVAC replacement permit issued
Four Seasons HVAC is replacing the A/C at 1025 Sale Ave for owner Eri & Ewa Ayobandele Investments Lim, installing a single 2-ton system that includes a new air handler/coil and a condenser/heat pump. The residential replacement (equipment in the basement, condenser at ground level) is estimated at $5,875, and Mr. Ayobandele is the on-record contact at 617-645-6241 — so 1025 Sale Ave should be a lot cooler soon.
