A new residential HVAC system is set for 1611 Bluegrass Ave in Louisville, with a 40,000 to 60,000 BTU gas furnace, a 2-ton central air condenser, and all the ductwork and venting to go with it.
The city signed off on it on October 7, 2026, so this one’s officially in the works for the new house there.
