1524 BICKNELL AVE mechanical permit issued for HVAC replacement
A+Derr Heating and Cooling will replace the air conditioner at 1524 Bicknell Ave for owner Matthew D. Brown. It’s a straight remove-and-replace of one condenser heat-pump system (dropping from 3 tons to 2 tons) on the ground level, with the project estimated at $5,989.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
