4209 Silver Creek Rd HVAC Replacement Permit Issued
Thompson Heating & Cooling Service, LLC is replacing the HVAC system at 4209 Silver Creek Rd for owner Gregory Barksdale. It's a single-family replacement of one 3-ton system—air handler/coil, condenser/heat pump and a 90% furnace—with the equipment in the basement and the condenser at ground level, estimated at $9,977. The permit has been issued and a $105 fee was paid, so it reads like a straightforward system swap rather than a major remodel.
