A new HVAC system is going in at 2754 Autumn Lake Dr. It’s a 2 1/2 ton replacement with a mobile home gas furnace, a mobile home evaporator coil, and a 14.3 SEER outdoor unit.
The city signed off on it on October 12, 2026, so that swap is officially in the works.
