11811 Halifax Dr HVAC Replacement Permit Issued
Kim and Scott Powers are getting a mini‑split HVAC replacement at 11811 Halifax Dr, with Prudential HVAC listed as the contractor. The permit has been issued for a single electric system—no new ductwork—and the outdoor condenser will sit at ground level while the indoor unit is on an upper level, so it looks like a straightforward swap rather than a full HVAC overhaul.
