11917 Halifax Dr mechanical permit issued for furnace replacement
Thompson Heating & Cooling Service, LLC is replacing the gas furnace at 11917 Halifax Dr for owner Jennifer Ritchie — a straight furnace swap (Furnace-90) located in the basement with no new ductwork. The project value is estimated at $5,347 and the mechanical permit has been issued. No inspections are listed yet, so this looks like a routine, quick replacement rather than a major HVAC overhaul.
