Kyle C. Mahan has hired Four Seasons HVAC to replace the heating and cooling system at 4222 Milo Dr. The project, estimated at $8,400, installs a new A/C, a 90% furnace and air handler/coil with a ground-level condenser and basement equipment location; no new ductwork is planned.
