Two split system units are being replaced at 4149 Bardstown Rd

New HVAC gear is going into 4149 Bardstown Rd. A commercial replacement is in the works there, with two split systems set to be swapped out for somewhere around $27,488.

The city signed off on it on October 23, 2026.
