Stuart Stansbury of HBG Electrical Services pulled an electrical permit to wire new-construction townhomes for owner CDJ Development LLC at 10208 Lark Meadow Dr, with the job estimated at $8,000. The residential permit was issued on 07/15/2026 (expires 07/15/2027) for a single-occupancy unit with a 100-amp, one-meter setup — basically the green light to get power flowing to the new home.
