7312 River Rd electrical permit issued for 20-plex and gym

Mike Petty of Copper Line Electric holds an issued residential electrical permit for a new 20-plex with a gym at 7312 River Rd, a project owned by Lodges of Prospect WD LLC with the electrical work estimated at $75,000. The multifamily buildout calls for 20 meters, 20 subpanels and roughly 1,200 amperes, and the permit is active through 04/10/2027. One important note: no Certificate of Occupancy will be issued until a Kentucky landscape architect verifies and certifies the landscape installation.
