7700 Hoover Way electrical permit issued for 18kW whole-home generator
Owners Brian William Funk & Randi Frank Joi have an electrical permit to install an 18 kW whole‑home generator at 7700 Hoover Way, with Southern Solar & Electrical Contracting listed as the licensed contractor. The residential permit—marked for a 100‑amp single‑family rewire—was issued on 03/10/2026 with an estimated cost of $1,000 and expires 03/10/2027, so the house should be all set for backup power when the next outage hits.
