4601 Plane Tree Dr applied for electrical permit for service change
J & R Electric DBA Belcher Electric is doing a service change—replacing the panel, meter base, and disconnect—at 4601 Plane Tree Dr. The work is a residential 100-amp rewire with an overhead connection, listed under owner Westport Rentals LLC and estimated at $2,000, so if you see an electrician’s truck in the driveway they’re likely swapping out the home’s main electrical gear.
