Payne Electric Company Inc is setting up a temporary power pole to feed a new build at Aiken Ridge Lot 115, located at 16800 Asher Ct. The owner is Pulte Homes of Ohio LLC, and the residential electrical permit for a 200-amp, single-meter temporary pole was issued recently with an estimated cost of $600. It’s the usual short-term hookup to keep tools and trades powered while the house goes up — inspections haven’t been completed yet.
