Homeowner Devarakonda Sri Raghuram has pulled a residential electrical permit to wire a 1,000 sq ft basement build-out at 725 Malone Pl. The $3,500 project will add new lighting, receptacles, an exhaust fan and breakers to serve a full bath, media room, living room and office — basically getting the space ready for movie nights and a home office; the permit was issued and is valid through February 5, 2027.
