A new furnace and air conditioner swap is set for 1007 Johnson Rd in Louisville.
The city signed off on the work there, which calls for a 100,000 BTU 96% gas furnace, a 3.5 ton coil, and a 3.5 ton air conditioner.
That upgrade is tagged at about $1,500.
