Mike Petty of Copper Line Electric is handling the electrical work for two new apartment buildings at 7312 River Rd, a Lodges of Prospect WD LLC development. The residential permit covers a 48-unit multi‑family project with 48 meters and 600 amps, an estimated electrical value of $200,000 — and note that no Certificate of Occupancy will be issued until a Kentucky landscape architect certifies the planting installation.
