Interior repairs are planned after a basement fire at 4612 Lunenburg Dr
A small-fire cleanup is in the works at 4612 Lunenburg Dr in Louisville. Servpro is set to refinish the inside of the 1,499-square-foot, two-story home, with drywall, cabinets, painting, and as-needed electrical, HVAC, and plumbing work.
It’s pegged at somewhere around $30,000, so this isn’t just a little touch-up. No exterior work, no framing, just the inside getting put back together.
