Moody Road ROW permit to place Lumos fiber along Moody Road and adjacent streets

Lumos Fiber (applicant Danielle Allen) is planning to place new fiber in the city right-of-way on Moody Rd, Bluebell Dr, Narcissus Dr, Weigela Dr, Tulip Cir, Bellflower Dr, and Delee Way in Louisville. Per the permit, Milenium will directional-bore 1.25-inch HDPE conduit, pull and splice about 10,952 feet of fiber between March 2 and April 3, 2026, working 8 AM–5 PM, one side of the road at a time, with crews avoiding continuous driveway blockages (and moving vehicles on request); there’s also a 10-foot telecom easement behind the ROW in the Candlelight Subdivision.
