Evergreen Rd and Old Henry Rd ROW permit in progress for fiber installation

Lumos Fiber (applicant Danielle Allen) is planning to bury new fiber along the city right-of-way at Evergreen Road and Old Henry Road, installing 1.25-inch HDPE conduit via directional boring, placing handholes, and pulling/splicing about 6,812 feet of cable. Contractor Ledcor will work March 2–April 3, 2026, from 8 AM–5 PM, doing one side of the road at a time and avoiding continuous driveway blocks—crews will notify residents and move vehicles if access is needed.
