218 N Madison Ave encroachment permit issued
Margaret King of Louisville Gas and Electric has been issued an encroachment permit to do work at 218 N Madison Ave on property owned by Jefferson County School District Fin. The permit covers one 3' x 5' dirt cut with excavation and includes a lane closure (no road or sidewalk closures) scheduled from July 17 to August 14, 2026, and there are outstanding fees totaling $460. Expect a bit of digging and a short-term lane change while the work is underway.
