BUTTER NUT RD ROW Large Area Block Permit issued for AT&T fiber optic upgrade

AT&T is doing a fiber-optic network upgrade on Butter Nut Rd between E Indian Trl to the north, Forest Dr to the east, Friar Tuck Ct to the south, and Preston Hwy to the west, scheduled to run Feb. 11–May 11, 2026. The project uses access manholes, two 2'×2' dirt cuts for bore pits, one 983‑foot bore and eight 17"×30" dirt cuts for handholes, may briefly close driving lanes or intersections for up to five minutes during cable placement, and will be restored per Louisville Metro guidelines; project manager Al Gruse (502-718-3264) or designer Paul Rosenberger (502-705-4502, paul.rosenberger@rtsassociates.net) are listed as contacts.
