Orchard Hill Dr ROW issued for Lumos Fiber installation along multiple streets

Lumos Fiber (applicant Danielle Allen) is installing buried fiber in the City of Louisville right-of-way along Orchard Hill Dr, Alpine Way, Lost Trl, Westhall Ave, Wilderness Rd, Winding Rd, Wilderness Pl, Hill Ridge Rd, Rollingwood Trl and Woodmore Ave, running about 19,508 feet of 1.25" HDPE conduit with fiber pulled and spliced via directional boring. Work performed by Milenium is scheduled for January 14–30, 2026, 8 AM–5 PM, will proceed one side and one section at a time, and crews say they’ll notify residents and avoid continuously blocking driveways—moving vehicles on request for short access needs.
