AUBURN OAKS DR ROW Large Area Block Permit for Lumos Fiber

Lumos Fiber (applicant Danielle Allen) is planning to bury new fiber in the city right-of-way along Auburn Oaks Dr, Auburn Woods Rd, Smith View Ct, Clark View Ct, Auburn Oaks Ct, and Auburn Woods Ct, installing about 6,651 feet of 1.25" HDPE conduit via directional boring and then pulling and splicing fiber. Work performed by Milenium is scheduled one side of the road at a time from Jan 1–23, 2026 with requested hours of 8AM–5PM, and crews say they’ll avoid continuously blocking driveways—they’ll notify residents before briefly blocking a driveway and will move vehicles on request.
