Heads up on S 3rd Street, near 3103. ITG Communications, Inc. has road work in the works there, with lane and sidewalk closures on the table, starting January 14, 2027 and running through February 11, 2027.
It’s marked for dirt work, and the city has already signed off on the plan review. The last step is still sitting at TBD, so this one is not a done deal yet.
