Lane work is in the works at 5100 S 3RD ST, and it’s a messy little one. Power Of Design Group LLC has plans for five street cuts, with excavation and a lane closure tossed in.
The stretch runs from 5100 to 5101 S 3RD ST, and the timing on this one is set for October 19 through December 14, 2026. No start yet, but that corner is getting on the city’s radar.
