4646 Settle Blvd encroachment permit issued for dirt cut

Margaret King of Louisville Gas and Electric has been issued an encroachment permit to do a small utility excavation at 4646 Settle Blvd. The work — on owner Pena Yosvani Diaz’s property — is a single 3'x5' dirt cut with excavation and a lane closure (no full road or sidewalk closure) scheduled from July 13 to August 10, 2026.
