316 W Woodlawn Ave encroachment permit submitted for sidewalk work

Seven Seas Construction will replace sections of sidewalk for Louisville Metro Public Works along the 300 block of W Woodlawn Avenue, including work at 316 W Woodlawn Ave between W Kenwood Way and S 3rd Street. The crew will sawcut about 142 linear feet, remove and replace roughly 85 square yards of concrete and prep two tree wells for new trees on property owned by RGM Medical LLC, using alternating lane and sidewalk closures (one of each at a time). Work is scheduled from 06/15/2026 to 06/22/2026, with no street or curb disturbance planned and all replaced sidewalk to meet Louisville Metro standards; this permit extends an ongoing project.
