4523 MELTON AVE encroachment permit continuation issued for water main work
Louisville Water Company (applicant Kelli Starnes) is moving forward with a continuation encroachment permit to replace a water main on Melton Avenue, affecting the stretch by 4523 Melton Ave between Grade Lane and Abell Avenue — the road will be closed with a detour.
