A 40-by-40 tent is in the works at 4566 Melton Ave in Louisville for a remembrance of the UPS plane crash.
It’s set to have two sidewalls, no tables or chairs, and room for about 75 people.
The plan calls for it to go up on November 3 and come down the next day.
