A new HVAC project is set for 2000 Fern Valley Rd at Ford’s Louisville plant.
The work is for the weld tear-down area at Column 10 Q, with a new rooftop unit, a supply fan, and an exhaust fan going in, somewhere around $100,000 worth.
The city signed off on it on October 14, 2026, so this one’s in the works.
