8205 Candelabrum Pl applied for encroachment permit to widen driveway

Marla Diaz Cabrera has applied for an encroachment curb cut to widen the existing driveway at 8205 Candelabrum Pl, proposing asphalt paving that must follow Right‑of‑Way rules (driveways in the ROW can't exceed 20' and must be a hard, durable surface; outside the ROW they can be up to 50% of the lot in width, up to 32') and must lead to the garage or rear yard. The permit is in progress with work slated to start May 28, 2026 and finish by November 28, 2026, and a $65 fee has been paid.
