806 Ulrich Ave continued encroachment permit (PW-REP-25-02152)

Louisville Water Company is continuing a water-main installation at 806 Ulrich Ave on property owned by Ulrich Center LLC. The project (contractor CJ Hughes) includes a long pavement cut — one 4' x 3,245' trench plus a 4' x 30' dirt cut — and will use flaggers to close east/west and north/south driving lanes (not at the same time), with the road plated and reopened at the end of each shift. Residents were notified at least seven days before work and Project Manager Scott Reynolds is overseeing the effort.
